One of the crowning jewels of Richmond’s West End, Barrington is a luxurious subdivision situated south of Broad Street in Short Pump, Virginia. This subdivision is accessible via Church Road, and the main entrance is on Barrington Bridge Place. You will not see large, prominent signage advertising the subdivision; rather, mature trees and plantings surrounding the brick walls and let the beauty of nature speak for itself, while a small plaque notes the subdivision’s name. This foliage is a hallmark all throughout Barrington, adding privacy and allowing the homes to feel as though they were built into nature.
Once inside Barrington, there are a total of three subdivisions: Barrington, Barrington Valley and Barrington West, all of which are served by zip code 23233. Even so, there are a small number of houses within the neighborhood – just over 120. Barrington includes 45, there are 49 in Barrington Valley and Barrington West boasts 29. While there are still some lots to be developed, the small number of homes in subdivision speaks to the quiet tranquility it has to offer its residents. There is much more to Barrington, though:
